All 123 Auto Guides products are digital downloads (PDF guides), delivered instantly by email and available in your account immediately after purchase.

Because these are digital goods, we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind once a guide has been downloaded — but if a guide isn't useful to you, wasn't what you expected, or you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund Email us at info@123autoguides.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Bundle purchases If you purchased the Ultimate Bundle, the same 14-day guarantee applies to the bundle as a whole.

Technical issues If a download link doesn't work or a file won't open, contact us first — we'll fix it or resend it before any refund conversation.
