Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access my digital guide after purchase?
Right after checkout, your download link appears directly on the order confirmation page, so you can access your guide immediately. We recommend saving it somewhere safe in case you want to come back to it later.
I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
What's your refund policy?
Because our guides are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind once a guide has been downloaded. But if it isn't useful to you, wasn't what you expected, or you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Can I use my guide on more than one device?
Yes. Once you buy a guide, you can read it on any of your own devices: phone, tablet, or computer. Guides are for personal use only and shouldn't be shared or resold.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us directly and we'll remove you right away.
