How do I access my digital guide after purchase?
Right after checkout, your download link appears directly on the order confirmation page, so you can access your guide immediately. We recommend saving it somewhere safe in case you want to come back to it later.
I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
What's your refund policy?
Because our guides are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once a guide has been delivered. If something went wrong with your order or the file itself, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I use my guide on more than one device?
Yes. Once you buy a guide, you can read it on any of your own devices: phone, tablet, or computer. Guides are for personal use only and shouldn't be shared or resold.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us directly and we'll remove you right away.
